Having attended Simon Fraser University in the faculty of business administration, Owning several businesses such as a car dealership and successful car wash business Ifti has vast Knowledge in business and the economy but this made him realize that his true passion was in Real estate.

Having grown up , living in the Greater Vancouver area for over 49 years with his Family he is very familiar with its development landscape guiding client/investors Thru the process thru my network of mortgage brokers, accountants,builders, Consultants, trades etc…

Since 2006 Ifti has been a licenced agent and an investor himself in Canada and dabbling into the US real estate market with personal Expertise in “cash flow” properties , single family home construction, multi unit commercial Buildings, The BRRR system (buy, rehab,rent, refinance and repeat)as he looks thru the lens as an investor as well as trusted agent.

Previously, also licenced as a mortgage broker Ifti brings to the table a large network of Brokers that can assist in the financing process whether thru conventional or creative means as all purchases are unique.

With almost 2 decades of experience Ifti has helped clients/investors access the viability of Their potential investments and profit margins to assist in mitigating the risks and navigating Thru the real estate cycles over the years.

When not helping families & investors , Ifti travels and enjoys spending time with his Family and attending, supporting their extracurricular activities and events for his kids.
